With over 23 years of experience as a Realtor/ Managing Broker and as the co-owner of MetroMax Properties, Inc, I have a clear understanding of what Buyers and Sellers needs and motivations are for their purchase or sale. The real estate market is constantly changing that is why it is more important that ever to use a seasoned, full time, real estate professional. My job is to represent and guide my clients through the entire process from the new home search or sale of your current home through the closing process. New industry regulations make the process of buying even more difficult. I have the training and experience to guide you the process using my professional partners in our industry. Not using a professional can costs you thousands in negotiations and loss of your earnest money as a Buyer. The same is true with using a seasoned professional to sell your home. Using my unique marketing process, I do the research to get you the highest possible sales price for your home. I make suggestions to maximize your return and I use preferred contractors to make the process as easy as possible.
